Kitchen KOT software
A KOT (kitchen order ticket) tells the kitchen what to cook for which table. With NotifyHub, orders placed from the table QR menu arrive on the kitchen screen as tickets — table, items, quantities and notes — and move from NEW to PREPARING to READY.

Handwritten KOTs get lost, misread or left on the pass. When a guest asks where their food is, nobody can say for sure whether the ticket reached the kitchen.
NotifyHub Restaurant creates the KOT from the order itself. When a guest orders through QR table ordering, the ticket appears on the kitchen screen immediately, with the table number already on it. The kitchen updates the status as the dish is prepared, and floor staff can see when a plate is ready to serve.
The kitchen and staff screens are designed for tablets and larger displays.
Every ticket carries the table it came from.
What to prepare, and how many.
Special instructions travel with the order instead of being shouted across the pass.
NEW → PREPARING → READY, so the kitchen and the floor read the same state.
Tickets appear on the kitchen screen as soon as the guest places the order.
Waiters see which plates are ready and which tables are still waiting.
A guest orders from the table QR menu.
A KOT appears on the kitchen screen with table, items and notes.
The kitchen moves the ticket from NEW to PREPARING to READY.
Floor staff see it is ready, serve the table and close it when done.
Kitchen Order Tickets are included in QR + KOT (₹9,999 / year) and Website + QR + KOT (₹19,999 / year), together with customer ordering and order management.
